How We Work


Our team identifies investment opportunities that meets our requirements and aligns with the interests of our investors. We focus on high-quality assets that offer attractive risk-adjusted returns, backed by data and market trends


We purchase the asset utilizing capital raised from passive investors and finalize financing from a third-party lender. In other cases, we act as a third-party investor in a proven, experienced operator.


We execute our business plan, which may include renovating the interior and exterior of units; adding amenities; and increasing operational efficiency. Other business plans may require minimal capex spending, with most of the focus on optimizing leases and rents.


Our investments can range from a 1-5 year hold period. When the timing is right, we aim to sell and return our investors’ principal along with profits. Occasionally, we may choose to refinance to return a portion of initial investors’ capital.
